Role Outline/Job Summary :
- The role of Asst Vice President - Strategic Business Solutions group is based at Bangalore Center and reports to the VP/SVP leading the team.
- The key requirement for the role is the ability to work with data, understand the project objectives, undertake analysis to accomplish project objectives and present the results in a coherent manner. The individual will possess the ability to work in teams and display a proactive learning attitude.

Role and Responsibilities:

Analytic Project Execution : Build effective teams to deliver on business priorities. Decompose business priorities into candidate projects. Consult with partners to initiate project aligned to business needs. Manage the project pipeline to ensure prioritization and resourcing. Influence analytic approaches through learnings and insights
Talent Management: Manage career progression for the team. Influence organizational policies on Talent management
Teamwork: Manage initiative across the COE. Establish a structured interaction model with the partners

- Masters in a numerate subject such as Mathematics, Operational Research, Business Administration, Economics etc. from Premier Institute or a track record of performance that demonstrates this ability.

- 8-10 Yrs Experience in Financial Services/Analytics Industry
