HR - Assistant Vice President / Manager - Wellness (Total Rewards)


We are seeking a skilled professional with a strong understanding of Total Rewards, focusing on Compensation, Benefits, and Wellness. Our client is a leading global financial services firm, offering investment banking, securities, and wealth management services. Renowned for expertise and innovation in financial markets.

The candidate must hold an MBA degree with AT LEAST 4 years of experience in compensation and benefits (C&B), especially Wellness. Industry agnostic.

Roles and Responsibilities:

a) Benefits and Wellness:

- Initiative Development

- Stakeholder Collaboration

- Program Management: Convert wellness strategies into actionable programs

- Impact Assessment: Track and measure the success and impact of Benefits and Wellness programs. Utilize feedback and data analytics to assess program effectiveness and make improvements as needed.

- Manage relationships with external vendors, monitoring their performance and ensuring they deliver high-quality services that meet contractual obligations and organizational standards.

- Adhoc Projects: Lead and participate in special projects aimed at improving the employee experience related to Total Rewards, including initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.

b) Compensation:

- Year-End Compensation Support: Assist in the planning and execution of the Year-End Compensation process. This includes preparing detailed reports and managing compensation data throughout the year to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Compensation Projects: Provide support for various compensation-related projects across the organization, ensuring these initiatives align with overall HR strategies and business objectives.

- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and gather intelligence from industry networks to inform compensation strategies. Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in compensation.

- Daily Operations: Handle daily activities within the Compensation Department, including regular reporting, responding to queries from HR Business Partners, and ensuring the smooth operation of compensation processes.
