Job Title/Designation : AVP - Lending Operations (Payments, Reconciliation), Chennai/Noida

Job Description :

- Role involves a very high degree of engagement with multiple stakeholders, business partners, across different business functions and groups while building and maintaining relationships with Leaders and their teams

- Support continuous improvement of the operational process and the development of Best Practice. Suggesting ideas to improve systems and processes where necessary and evaluate the benefits and risks of such proposals

- Ensuring all activities & duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise-wide risk management framework & internal policies

- Good knowledge on Payments, Reconciliation, ACBS, LIQ, Lending operations and Facility Agreements

- Good influencing and negotiation skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Must have 10+ yrs of work experience in banking domain (Lending Ops, process management, team management, stakeholder management)

- Will be handling a team of 50, So team management is mandatory

Experience : 10 to 15 years

Annual CTC : Rupees 20,00,000 to 22,50,000
