For its Wholesale Banking &amp; Treasury Team; it is looking for an AVP Role specifications : - Shall be involved in drafting and scrutiny both for wholesale Banking(Corporate),including syndicate and consortium funding. - Managing legal and regulatory risk in transactions and drafted/vetted transaction documents and ensuring that bank is compliant with the laws - Oversee / Monitor &amp; reporting compliance and the implications of amendments to the laws/new laws that affect business, to the management and thus aligning of the business requirement to the legal and regulatory compliance and minimizing the legal and regulatory risk. - Provide legal guidance to bank's treasury team
