Job Description : Role : AVP - Legal (Lending/Borrowing Contract Management) Location : Gurgaon Mandatory Skills : - 8+ years of experience in Lending/Borrowing Contract Management - Drafting, vetting, managing Contracts related to Lending or Borrowings is Must - Look candidates only from banking firm - Can look for both Domestic and International Contract Management experience but must have experience in managing contracts related to Loans or Lending Responsibilties : - Drafting and negotiating real estate investment, development, holding and corporate credit facilities. - Drafting and negotiating security documentation for all transactions. - Managing a number of transactions simultaneously and supervision of junior lawyers and paralegals to advance the condition precedent documentation for all of the banks transactions. - Management of all ancillary documentation and mentoring the junior lawyers and paralegals. - Monitoring and keeping up to date the banks suite of precedent documentation. - The candidate should have extensive experience representing clearing banks and alternative lenders on real estate finance and general corporate transactions on both senior and mezzanine structured financing.
