Assistant Vice President - Legal Entity Control - Financial Institution (10-15 yrs)
We are looking for a professional Assistant Vice President- Legal Entity Control for one of the leading financial firms at Gurgaon.
Key responsibilities will include :
- Knowledge of IFRS standards, should be able to understand various disclosure and accounting requirements for a diversified financial institution for group consolidated accounts.
- The role requires that the candidate to understand the P & L, balance sheet and transactions of several of the Groups businesses.
- Knowledge of legal entity control framework
- The role requires the candidate to understand the current usage of ledger, its related controls & various downstream processes prepared using ledger information.
- Develop a strong business understanding over time and use it to provide context to accounting and financial matters.
- Prepare/ review of various notes to accounts, disclosures, board papers etc
- Reviewing and improving processes, controls and systems that impact the financial information related to consolidated accounts or legal entities.
We want to hear from you if you have :
- Postgraduate accounting qualification, CA or CPA
- 10+ years of post qualification experience including 5+ years of people management experience.
