- Performing legal functions including drafting, vetting & negotiating legal documents and appearing before Courts, Tribunals & Authorities for company related cases

- Managing SARFAESI matters for recovery of outstanding amount by enforcing the security interest under SARFAESI Act

- Drafting statutory notices under the SARFAESI Act, securitization application, reply, appeal, writ, SLP, criminal complaints under NI Act, taking regular follow-ups from advocate, strategizing critical matters and searching case laws and briefing Advocates and Senior Advocate

- Representing in DRT, NCLT, NCLAT, Official Liquidator offices, Winding up proceedings at Company Courts of different High Courts & Supreme Court of India.

- Monitoring Due Diligence of title documents of Portfolios.

- Engagement of Advocates, Law Firms, recovery and enforcement agencies for quick legal proceedings.

- Conducting periodic review of lawyers and other vendors
