Qualification & Experience LLB from a premier university with minimum 8 to 10 years post qualification experience in all legal matters in a leading NBFC/Bank viz. Drafting of petitions, drafting of NCLT demand notices, summary suits, notices, appeals, rejoinders and applications, drafting & finalization of escrow agreements, sanction letters/credit facility, monitoring of NPA accounts etc. Role & Responsibilities - Managing arbitration matters initiated against Delinquent Customers, drafting/vetting of agreements, MOU, - Managing litigations initiated by or against company (Civil & Criminal matters) before various Trial Courts, High Court, Supreme Court, DRT, DRAT, NCLT, NCLAT, Appellate Courts, DM's Court, - Managing Delinquent Accounts'/Recovery Litigations with special reference to SARFAESI Act 2002, - Drafting of petitions, drafting of NCLT demand notices, summary suits, notices, appeals, rejoinders and applications, etc.
