Responsibilities:
Strategic Leasing Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive leasing strategy to maximize occupancy and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor a team of leasing professionals, providing coaching and ensuring alignment with leasing goals.
Business Development & Client Relationships:
- Proactively identify and qualify potential tenants for office space across our portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the Bangalore commercial real estate market.
- Develop and execute effective client acquisition strategies to secure new tenants.
Lease Negotiation & Execution:
- Lead all aspects of lease negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Oversee lease documentation and ensure timely execution of lease agreements.
Market Expertise & Performance Management:
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to maintain a deep understanding of the Bangalore commercial real estate landscape.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of leasing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to setting and achieving ambitious revenue generation goals.
Qualifications:
Must Haves:
- Bachelor/masters degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of demonstrably successful experience in commercial real estate/office leasing, preferably within the Bangalore market.
- Proven track record of exceeding leasing targets and generating revenue.
- Strong understanding of the Bangalore commercial real estate market dynamics
