- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.


- Evolving market segmentation & penetration as per the product fitmentTeam Management 


- Ascertaining the specific training needs of subordinates and accordingly arranging training programs -


 Imparting continuous on the job training to the workforce for enhancing their productivity & operational efficiencies through knowledge enhancement/skill building
