Job Description ; -
Responsibilities :
1. Project manage the Digital & Analytics up-skilling agenda for the Operating teams. Being the largest re-skilling initiative, being proactive in re-design of the program & driving the adherence of the initiative
2. Managing a govt lead initiative for the organization from a training expert point of view
3. Training initiatives for the Operating teams - project management, change management, communication, connecting with stakeholders for feedback and driving the adherence of the initiatives
4. Managing the Training budget centrally
Skills :
- Learning & Domain specialist with a digital component
- Should have expertise in working on collaboration tools and LMS
