OTC:
- Excellent hands on in SAP OTC/PTP/S4HANA
- Sale order module, Billing Module, Cash applications, GST and TDS acquainted knowledge,
- Customer accounts reconciliations
- Inter company and Intra divisions reconciliations
- Unapplied follow up, unidentified follow ups, Debtors ageing AR GL reconciliations, LTDS recon and follow ups
- Debit notes and Credit notes
- Discounting analysis
PTP:
- Commendable experience required in invoice processing, Bank Reconciliation ,imports and export documentation knowledge, payments domestic and foreign , travel expeneses knowledge, GST and TDS complete knowledge used in AP . GST compliance, Reconciliation of TDS and GST knowledge is must
- Vendor account reconciliations, IC reconciliations .
- AP schedules preparation, Key metrics preparation.
- Must worked in ERP SAP/ S4 Hana, hands on experience is must for AR & AP MODULES.
- Audit support of Stat audit, tax audit, caro audit, internal audits etc. focus on continuous improvements commendable knowledge in Excel, presentation skills
- Stake holder management , people management is must
- Managing SLA's , and key metrics preparation, analytic skills
- Automation and knowledge in usage of different types of tools
- RTR - Knowledge required - JV's,Fixed Assets, Inventory management Handling end to end audits., BRS
TAX - Knowledge required - Indirect tax - knowledge in GSTR reconciliation of 1A,2A,2B, 3B, 6 ,7 & 9.
Direct Tax - Knowledge required -TDS reconciliations and reconciliation between 26AS and TDS receivable.
