AVP - Lead Business Analyst - API Integration- Bank/ Fintech

A Leading Private Bank based at Mumbai is looking out for a strong API Integration Lead Business Analyst.

Job Purpose :

- BTG-WBO-Sr. Functional Analyst role

Primarily focuses on the following functions :

- Project Management - Manage all activities in a Software Project life cycle, most important requirement conceptualization, review requirement, test cases, and roll-out plan.

- Vendor relationship Management.

- Ensure that no business is lost due to application/functional/technical shortcomings.

- Process Study and Streamlining, thereby rendering technology solutions to enhance process efficiency and quality.

- Adhere to all compliances as per bank policies.

Job Responsibilities :

- Requirement Review / integration and solution architect

- Working with API integration team to architect and support bank wide API implementations on various platforms.

- Designing solutions with integration teams using appropriate leading edge technologies and SOA based architecture.

- Implementing, maintaining and versioning API's in the appropriate API management layer

- Conduct study/ evaluate areas for integration and process automation using API

- Knowledge of REST / SOAP API / and various protocols/security aspects

- In depth knowledge of devops / testing environments

- In depth knowledge of open/public API's

- Review / prepare detailed documentation.

- Process review& Vendor Management

- Carrying out Process review respective domain with Operation for Process and system improvement.

- Visited vendor place for reviews & demonstration on product development made & highlighted deviation / Observation so that same can be tackled prior to UAT release.

- Managing Internal / External Entity

- Coordination with Audit (Internal / External) and ISG team to meet compliance.

Key Skills :

- Strong understanding some of the functional areas of Banking / Operations vertical + Basic knowledge of all the areas of the Business / Operations vertical.

- Project management expertise

- Team management and interpersonal skills

- Vendor/Client Management.

- In-depth knowledge of various API technologies/architectures

- Exposure/experience in the following areas will be added advantage.

- API banking space

- Fintech Integrations
