Assistant Vice President - IT Security (BFSI, Azure and office 365 experience is Must. CTC - 37L(max))

- IT Policy and Audit Compliance and ensuring the organisation is certified for ISO27001.

- Integrated Security management and monitoring and creating a combined dashboard, document and manage the vital statistics of the organisation from threat and security prevention inclusive of but not excluding : Switching, Routing, Access Control Active Directory, ADFS, Cloud Firewall (including VPN (IPSEC and SSL) Management, NGFW) and IDS/IPS Management Firewall, )

- SASE Technologies and Operations, CASB Technologies and Operations (Microsoft, McAfee

- Data Management and Content Encryption Technologies, DLP Solutions (Data Leak Prevention) Management and Operations

- Project Management IT Governance Vendor Management ITIL Methodology including IT Service Delivery & IT Service Management

- Security Management and Operations (SOC): defining policies, guidelines, implementation monitoring and reporting, Including VAPT tests to internal as well as public network applications and systems,

- BYOD / MDM Security Management and Operations

- Managing the IT security budget and communicating this with the appropriate parties

- Responsible for protecting organization's computers, networks, data and Privacy against threats, such as security breaches, computer viruses or attacks by cyber-criminals

- Fulfilling the assessment and providing guidance from Segregation of Duties perspective

- To investigate suspected and actual security incidents in accordance with the security incident management standard, produce reports with recommendations and ensure any remedial action is taken. Also, responsible for submission and action for CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventive Action)

- Produce reports for the Information Security Steering Committee (ISSC), Information Asset Owners/Custodians and the Risk and Compliance Officers as required

- Become active member of CAB (Change Advisory Board) to certify and approve change requests from Information Security assessment perspective

- Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery - Revise periodically as required by business and ensure continued compliance with established Business Continuity policies and procedures.

- Report on Information Security project metrics on a regular basis; collaborate with IT functional leaders to address gaps

Preferred Experience / Expertise:

- MS Azure / AWS / Google Cloud Sonic Wall, Zscalar, CISCO, Citrix, CrowdStrike

- Hands on experience and knowledge on Cloud Dev- Ops platforms / technologies

- Computer Programming Languages: You will need at least a minimal understanding of a programming or scripting language. This is probably not a must, but it will definitely help.
