Key Accountabilities - - Manage end to end operations support for BAU activities - Manage a Team of 6-8 persons across multiple shifts for trading application support - Ownership on Application support, vendor coordination and escalation matrix - Track and take escalations to a logical conclusion. - New requirements and enhancements to be tracked to closure - Have a thorough and hands-on knowledge across trading Front, Mid and Back office applications - Ensure smooth client communications, SMS, emails and necessary trouble shooting as and when needed - Responsible for Channels of Trade: Mobile, Web and others - Ownership of reconciliation of trades, holdings, Limit assigned to clients, ageing liquidation reports etc. - Execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. - Identify resource needs and assign individual responsibilities. - Prepare engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures. - Minimizes exposure and risk on project. - Ensure project & SOP documents are complete, current and stored appropriately. - Holds regular status meeting with project team. - Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors. - Conduct effective performance evaluation and mentors those with less experience through formal channels. - Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions. - Lead internal team or task force.
