Designation: AVP - We are looking for an experienced front end investment banker with experience in consumer (internet or offline) sector. - MBA is not a must-have, but relevant experience is more important. An overall experience of 5 to 7 years, with at least 3 years in front end IB. - The location preference is Bangalore. Mumbai can be considered as a 2nd option for exceptional candidates. - Responsibility for project and transaction management - Responsible for creation of marketing materials and transaction documents - Origination &amp; Execution of mandate - Idea generation and sourcing of new deal mandates as well as industry research - Contract negotiations - Conduct business valuations - Preparing - financial models, marketing materials for roadshows, IM's &amp; deal collaterals - Communicating and coordinating with the various stakeholders.
