Assistant Vice President - Investment Banking

Responsibilities

- To provide assistance for the Execution of PE & M&A mandates

- To prepare the pitchbook and marketing collateral including teasers, information memorandum, financial modeling

- To develop new corporate and VC / PE relationships

- To be a core part of an engagement team for due diligence

- To generate leads towards business prospects in PE / M&A space

Requirements

- Needs to have an ownership and solution driver mindset

- In-depth sector knowledge will be an added advantage

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
