We have an urgent mandate for an Assitant Vice President- Inside Sales position with the topmost Technology MNCs from India. The position is to be based in Bangalore or Noida.

Scope of work:

The Senior Sales Leader will lead and manage the Inside sales/outbound sales teams across multiple locations in the country. This role would be key in growing the business from grounds-up & will be a key member of the team which would be responsible for the growth of the business.

The incumbent will be handling a large team size of 2000+ inside sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing and overseeing the work of inside sales representatives' team.

- Driving outbound calls to focus on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new customers.

- Recommending business solutions considering customer needs and interests and build relationships with customers based on knowledge.

- Staying abreast of current industry trends.

- Defining, articulating and implementing the organization's strategy for selling products or services.

- Developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

- Able to motivate and ensure a highly effective team of sales managers.

- Reviewing sales performance by analyzing performance reports.

- Effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations

- Providing full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.

Candidate Profile:

- Should have intensive experience in Sales, preferably from BFSI, Telecom sector, Internet or Hospitality sectors .

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.

- Excellent time and work pressure management skills.

- Ability to handle large teams, high attention to detail and ability to meet established deadlines.

- Strong influencing, problem-solving and negotiation skills.

- Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills.

- Interpersonal skills to communicate with various types of client groups and leaders.

Salary: Around Rs.60.0-70.0 Lpa
