Knowledge Essential/Critical Exposure & Experience :  - Infrastructure advisory/power projects with the State Govts on PPP model  - Proven track record into Business development of Power advisory Projects  IV. Specific Skills :  - Analytical skills,  - Inter-personnel and Communication Skills,  - Good Planning & organizing skills, time management, attention to detail, takes initiative  Key Aspects of the job :  - To develop proposals for consulting assignments in energy sector  - Develop Business Plans  - To develop project structuring based on PPP models  - Prepare comprehensive financial models for various projects to deliver cash flow forecast, scenario analysis, risk assessment and return analysis  - To analyse and devise an optimum financing solution  - To coordinate with Consultants foisting various studies - DPR, technical studies at site, Oversight the studies  - To prepare bid documents, concession agreements / PPAs, etc, negotiation / discussions on the same  - To carry out bid process management  - Prepare contractual documentation for project award on PPP / EPC basis  Specific Demands on the job :   - Ability to lead project team, get project, deliver projects & to manage individual business unit
