As the AVP - Human Resources, you will be reporting into the CEO, your responsibilities would include :
- Understanding Company strategic direction and contribute towards the development of an organizational plan for achievement of the same
- Driving HRBP metrics strongly within the region and acting as a key strategic partner
- Ensuring implementation of a comprehensive HR policy framework across the employee life cycle: recruitment, induction, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits career and succession planning for employees across the company
- Implementing the best-in-class recruitment process for the Organization; periodically reviewing the recruitment process, sources, methods, and related metrics in order to evaluate the efficiency of processes and build improvements
- Making and implementing strategies specifically with respect to key people management issues
- Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Managing the sales workforce to enhance the productivity of the salespeople.
- Preparing the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting, and adjusting of the budget
- Designing & Implementing C&B processes like salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc.
Candidate Profile :
What you need to have :
- 15 year of experience in driving key projects across the entire spectrum of HR
- Should have handled the entire gamut of HR
- Willing to travel
- Should be strong on HR fundamentals
- Should be able to lead an HR transformation effort
