- Be A strategic leader for TA function for growing it to 4X scale in the coming FY

- Someone who has managed volume hiring in multi geography environment across the regions.
- Expertise of Evaluation and assessment of leadership hiring across the functions.
- Drive a highly effective and efficient assessment process that yields the best talent.
- Oversee the candidate pipeline, manage offers of employment, contract agreements to resource the right talent.
- Bring the automation and efficiencies in recruitment process
Requirements :
- We are looking for someone who is passionate about building and managing efficient teams.
- Someone who can enable the fast paced ramp-ups in PAN India based hiring for Sales/Operations/Business roles across the segments.
- An individual with over 10+ years of relevant work experience as an Talent Acquisition Leader with deep skill sets across all areas of organizational dynamics, structuring and Leadership hiring
- We are `looking for someone who enjoys experimenting, tinkering and is ready to run on the ground and be front battle soldier too
- You should be passionate about identifying biases - cognitive and behavioral - and ensuring that the processes
