Assistant Vice President - Human Resource - Retail/Banking/Manufacturing (15-20 yrs)
We are looking for candidate with good experience in Employee Experience.
Educational Qualification : MBA in HR/IR/PM & Computer Knowledge
Experience : 15-20 years of Industry experience. (NBFC- s, Retail, Banking, Manufacturing)
1. To manage employee life cycle from entry to exit.
2. Recruitment: Lateral and Internals, Special Initiatives/Projects, Employee Engagement Activities
3. Responsible for Attendance, Leave, Transfer/HTO, IJP/Promotion, Payroll, DA/Governance report updation (All Zones), PIP, SCN, Holiday list updation (Pan India), Year-end calculation, Confirmation, Timely release of F&F and release of the same, Transfer automails, Exit, Leave.
4. Maintain compliance / Statutory issues in consultation with Regional HR, Consultants and Senior management. Monitor, Process and ensure the compliance of Statutory deductions like PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labor Welfare Fund and CLRA related as per the regulations & guidelines
