TresVista is looking to hire an Assistant Vice President in the Human Resource Department who will be responsible for supporting a comprehensive human resource program and monitoring related duties in line with the overall objectives of the department and the organization. The AVP will monitor functions such as employee relations, organizational development, compensation and benefits, and research and analysis.

- TresVista is a leading provider of high-end research, analytics and other customized financial services including valuation, financial modeling, research, portfolio management, etc.

- Founded in late 2006 by 2 ex-Merrill lynch bankers

- Strength is ~350 people and growing its client and revenue base at 50%

- Strong global client base - Primarily Private Equity firms, Boutique Investment Banks, Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, Corporates, and Family offices

Responsibilities:

- Mentoring a team of Analysts/Associates and reporting to the HOD

- Evaluating existing HR processes, by defining problems, measuring current state of process, root cause analysis, developing solutions to improve the process and establishing measurement systems

- Building and implementing a robust talent review and process, including leadership development and organization capability

- Creating Brand Equity in the market

- Building a plan for succession across key positions to ensure continuity in business performance

- Monitoring existing and emerging skill gaps, discuss plans for Individual Development or plans for acquisition of outside talent

- Managing the corporate onboarding program as well as the development of tools to help managers successfully onboard new employees across levels

- Analyzing trends to identify problem areas and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience

- Staying abreast with market best practices and suggesting implementation of relevant tools/processes

Skills Required:

- Commitment and ownership

- Strong analytical ability

- Ability to work with limited direction

- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, and critical thinking

- Attention to detail

- Good time management and multi-tasking skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Command over MS Office tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Prerequisites:

- 8 - 10 years of strong industry relevant experience in HR

- Graduate/ MBA in HR is preferred

Compensation:

- Commensurate with industry standards
