Job Responsibilities :

- Lead the development and execution of people strategy and operating objectives in alignment with the organization's plan and priorities.

- This role will be to recruit, develop and retain a reliable and efficient team with appropriate mix of business experience and technical skills. Other strategic priorities would be talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, organizational development and diversity & Inclusion.

- Operational responsibilities span business partnering, administration of compensation & benefits, performance management, rewards and recognition, training and development, leave and attendance; employee relations and disciplinary matters, maintain and improve of HR systems supporting employee life cycle , management of HR budget and legal & statutory compliance.
