JOB ROLE :
- You would be responsible for end-to-end planning and support on all HR and personnel-related activities.
- You will engage with stakeholders at multiple levels to strategize, manage and problem-solve on-the-job to ensure that the office is compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements surrounding recruitment, compensation, benefits, mobility, and separation.
- Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational goals.
- Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and labor relations.
- Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.
- Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variations.
- You would be handling HR-related risk issues in collaboration with leadership, and be accountable for personnel risk-related standards (e.g. data and records, offer management, background checks).
- On the compliance front, you would manage compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and oversee office implementation of benefits programs, working with People Operations, Benefits, Compensation, and other teams.
- Manage internal customer relationship and requirements.
- Manage the entire life cycle of hiring - sourcing (through staffing partners), interviews, working with the hiring managers on the offer, extend offers to the selected candidates and onboard them through the Staffing tool.
