Job Description:
This position is responsible for ensuring timely, prompt and efficient delivery and implementation of all HR services, policies and programs for business. Also responsible for development & implementation of procedures and processes aimed at ensuring high standard of delivery and continuous improvement of the service
Key Responsibilities :
- Functional Responsibilities Identify resource requirements for meeting business plan and to ensure business is sufficient staffed
- Design metrics for measuring productivity in collaboration with business leaders, identify the reasons for poor & mediocre performance and fix reasons through programs along with line managers
- Design, implement & track employee retention programs
- Collaborate with L&D team and business in identifying training needs. Responsible for tracking the effectiveness of training programs and suggests stake holders for improvisation
- Work with business to access, create & implement innovative product & geo specific employee engagement initiatives to improve ESAT scores
- Anticipate and address HR related trends and issues impacting the business and provide insights, recommendations, plans, tools & solutions
- Develop and maintain positive relationship with employees at all levels and promote an energizing and open work environment
Candidate Profile:
- MBA / Post Graduate in HR
- Min 12+ years of experience in HR process / policies, Change management & HR practices preferably from Banking / NBFC
- Ability to ability to influence with credibility & lead change/transition management
- Ability to prioritize; design processes for efficiencies and be effective in delivering solutions
- Exp in identifying & tracking KPIs, various trends & analyze performance
- Ability to anticipate, mitigate risk and manage conflict
- Strategic and analytical thinking
