- Managed Appraisal process with teams, assessing data and conducting discussions for substantiating.
- Performance Appraisal System linked to Reward Management.
- Streamlined Performance Management System, Rewards, Recognition, Retention Plan.
- Running PIP and supporting business in driving the right culture for successful evaluation of the employees
