Assistant Vice President - HR Business Partner (10-15 yrs)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILTIES :


1. Acted as Program Manager in supporting the business to develop and implement HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives like Alexa and deliver results for India operations.


2. Led People, Learning & Culture initiatives i.e. Learning Cohorts - North, Diversity & Inclusion - WIN, LEAP (Leadership Engagement Program), R&R (Reward & recognition), Inclusion, etc across region.


3. Facilitated India Wide All hands (Town-hall) for FC's and worked with senior leadership


4. Manual to Technology platform (Automation): Partnered with COE(Centre of Excellence) for AFTx Pilot in India and subsequently migrated EFP to AFTx in North FCs


5. Collaborated & Extended Support in 3P site launch in EFP cluster of North in partnership with cross functional teams


6. Extended support and facilitated Associate Alliance Program (AAP) Boot Camp for Ops leaders across India


7. Partner with business on workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment


8. Review and analyse business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience


9. Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties' interests


10. Assess business unit's human resources training needs and conduct 1:1 and/or group training sessions as appropriate


11. Implement/administer/interpret corporate policies/programs/procedures/investigations and Panel to ICC Committee for POSH investigations.


12. Plan, manage and provide continuous improvement to all aspects of the client organization and leadership review process and the strategic objectives therein. This includes both annual and mid-year processes which focus on performance management and talent development.


13. Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential


14. Working with business groups assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives


15. Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on human resources related matters, policies and procedures


16. Lead, facilitate, and integrate HR programs and worked closely with in-region, functional People Partners, Talent Advisor and Center of Excellence (COE) partners. Constant support in execution of HR processes and roll out HRIS, People Insights, Engage etc.


17. Successfully led Diversity & Inclusion for region and partnered with National Association of Deaf (NAD) for Sign Language sessions across network and encourage Inclusion to its core


18. Partnered Hiring Drives of Campus, Diversity, Operations and support cross functions


19. Led Engagement Initiatives i.e. Virat Premier League, North Ke Nagine, North ke Sitare and many more
