Assistant Vice President/Head - Sales - Startup (5-9 yrs)
Role: AVP - Sales Head
1. He would be managing a PnL, primarily looking towards growing the topline in business
2. Leading a team of 12-20 People for sales (Direct+ indirect)
3. Would be responsible for Vendor monetization lifecycle
4. Would be responsible for the customer success
5. Would be responsible for Recruitment, training and mentoring new hires under him
The right candidate would possess the following traits:
1. Should have 6 to 10 years of experience in Sales/ Business development
2. Has a high degree of ownership and is a self-starter
3. Can manage multiple stake-holders and work well in an unstructured environments to hustle and get things done
4. Is a good people manager and has experience in handling a distributed team spanning geographies across India and is responsible for all aspects of sales strategy, planning and execution
5. Ability to create a culture of consistent sales process improvement
6. Top notch communication and negotiating skills
7. Start-up acumen along with strong work ethics, willingness to get hands dirty and get stuff done
8. Good business judgment, prioritization, focus and ability to make decisions while working in a highly charged environment
