Assistant Vice President - GSO Capital Markets Reconciliation - Global Markets - Investment Banking (14-18 yrs)
We have an excellent opening with our repute client for the position of AVP GSO Reconciliation.
Process Overview :
Candidates will have demonstrable experience of managing Global Markets Reconciliation teams within investment banks, an ability to think of creative solutions to problems, and a successful track record of project delivery.
Should be able to :
1. Formulation of Strategies and Policies
2. Arrangement and Allocation of Team Funds
3. Translates business strategy into work programs and processes
4. To build/develop a career in advising Capital Markets clients
5. Directs lower-level managers or team leaders or directly manages a specialty function
Responsibilities :
- Familiarity with markets products ideally in more than one asset class. Experience / working knowledge of Equity and Fixed Income products in capital markets is required
- Proven track to Execute and Deliver
- Risk and internal controls experience
- Manage teams across time zones and regions - APAC / EMEA / AMRS
- Ability to cope with delivery within very tight deadlines under high pressure.
- Ability to manage large teams and work with across teams/locations to accomplish goals in a timely manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
Requirements :
Education :
- Any PG preferably an MBA or Excellent graduate level education
Certifications If Any : Any Capital Markets Certification will be added advantage
Experience :
- Front to Back of Global Securities with a min. of 5-6 years in Capital Markets Reconciliations
- Large scale project and program management
Mandatory skills :
- Successful track record in the capital markets industry, a specialist financial services consultancy
- Good appreciation of current market trends in Capital Markets
