Digital Excellence - Enable team of channel managers to drive excellence in existing channels of performance marketing like Google search, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok. o Will be responsible for the development of strategic and tactical marketing plans for customer acquisition and retention. - Explore, test and establish frameworks for new channels of user acquisition. o Responsible for strategy formulation, revenue growth &amp; ROI of all digital marketing channels. - Planning and Forecasting - Work closely with P&amp;L owners for each category to create robust revenue plan (AOP) along with forecasting model. - Will own key metrics for the platform comprising of all categories. This will be done at daily, weekly and monthly level. o Would need to track CAC, LTV, Category Metrics, Channel Acquisition Costs, Repurchase Rates, Repeat Rates &amp; other key metrics to determine overall strategy - User Journey - Own user journey for the platform, both for first order as well as repeat and cross category behaviour. - Create and execute a robust strategy for cross category movement for all type of users on the platform - A/B Tests Capabilities - Create strong analytical capabilities to enable multiple A/B tests which will help improve efficiencies at various places within the growth function. - Run evolved tests to find out the right attribution model within multiple marketing channels. - User Behaviour - Build and own strong systems to improve app merchandising for entire platform - Develop strong insights driven by data analytics which can be tested at category/platform level.
