Job Purpose :

It requires special skill set and highly regulated profile. It includes accurate and timely reporting and ensure appropriate controls are in place depending upon the type of the process.

Job Responsibilities :

- Should have good knowledge of policies and procedures of the bank and guide team on preventive/corrective measures.

- Drive Compliance and Control through process review & internal audit reports

- Manage process change/ documentation requirements in the Business to meet compliance/ audit requirements

- Review of Retail Operations Product and Process from identification of Operational risks

- Managing Regulatory reporting for Retail Operations
