Roles &amp; Responsibilities:&nbsp; CTC 35-40 LAKH PLUS VARIABLE - Responsible for P&amp;L growth, new customer acquisition, strategic initiatives, product roadmap, monetization on D2C business model. - Driving customer satisfaction index by improving and analysing customer behavior &amp; feedback through market research, product improvement &amp; online surveys. - Conceptualized, planned and executed strategic initiatives which enhances customer experience across the customer life cycle. - Regularly analyse external market trends, internal metrics, seasonality/festivals &amp; competitor strategies to generate business insights and enable gap analysis. - Long term strategy development across businesses, cross product lines, corporate initiatives and market/competitive insights - Drive business and metrics dashboard for reviews with top management. - Scanning the business environment for insights and trends to identify key growth opportunities to build sustainable competitive advantages. - Develop campaign strategies &amp; build comprehensive daily/monthly/quarterly marketing plans. - Strengthen operations and help improve or innovate new processes to increase overall efficiency across the organization. - Financial analysis &amp; driving margins at Individual BUs through interface with management - He should have handled the responsibility of setting up of new E com business from the planning to execution stage and managing the Retail business for a fresh food category - He should have handled the new city launch and also the customer acquisition process - Responsible for developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, agreed targets and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization's presence - Opex management in alignment with the business process for both Home Delivery &amp; Retail stores sub-vertical - Conduct promotional events/marketing activities to develop new contacts and increase user base - Should be accountable for the Revenue and profitability of the sub-vertical (Retail &amp; HD SBUs) - Should have handled the operation of Home Delivery through Hub &amp; Spoke model to optimise the cost of delivery &amp; Retail stores operation interms of inventory management / Opex/Capex - Needs to work as a team since he will be handling large delivery boys &amp; team - Should be IT savvy to handle the APP-based customer management - Should have handled CRM - Exposure to supply chain management to optimize the logistics costs - Ensuring a flawless Last mile delivery - Inventory management to plan for stocks planning and DOH at Hub &amp; Spoke &amp; Retail business - Exposure to HoReCa &amp; B2B business model to expand business horizon Key Result Areas [KRA- s] &amp; Accountabilities: - Revenue targets as per business plan - Store Profitability metrics including Gross Margins &amp; Opex ratios - Customer acquisition &amp; New store blue prints as per Business Plan - Shrink/dump / Returns from Stores/HD Hubs - Service Level metrics for Walk in customers &amp; HD customers Leadership Competence : - Entreprenurial mindset. - Nurture high calibre team. - Demonstrate a strong ethics and provide a sense of empathy. - Foster a sense of connection and belongingness. - Open and encourage others to listen ideas across levels. - Agile and Inspiring leadership
