- Business Development and Proposal Engineering, Bidding & Tendering.
- Identify new markets, customers and to tap profitable and long term opportunities across various verticals.
- Identifying potential partners for Joint Venture/Consortium tie-ups.
- Conceptualize & implement Business development strategies to enhance profitability
- Risk analysis of the shortlisted Tenders and apprising the Management on competition/commercial risk of identified opportunities.
- Market intelligence on target tenders, potential partners and competitors
- Developing relationship with key decision influencers in target organizations for JV tie-ups and business development.
- Build must- win strategies for identified key sectors and projects
- Build competitive intelligence on key competition
- Liaison with clients at various levels to make changes in the qualification requirements and also to get important information and DPR pertaining to the tenders.
- Responsible for all the pre bid, bidding and post bid activities for acquiring new business in areas of focus/designated sector
- Follow-up with estimation team and other depts. for preparation and submission of bidding documents, expression of interest documentation and company capability statements as required for business development purposes.
- Finalization of Technical Proposals as per the tender requirement.
- Explore, identify and align with new technologies and technology partners.
- People Management: Motivate, mentor, guide and monitor executives/managers to achieve goals.
