Assistant Vice President - Fund Raising - NBFC

AVP - Fund Raising || NBFC || Navi Mumbai

Job Description :

Capital Funding :

- Lead fund raising activities through debt capital markets, Banks and other relevant instruments

- Structuring the financial deals to avail of the best possible interest rates

- Understanding of financial instruments and structures including NCDs, Securitisation, Direct Assignment etc.

- Assist in financial planning and ALM

Relationship Management :

- Build and manage relationships with Banks, NBFCs and other Financial Institutions as well as external stakeholders including Credit Rating agencies and regulators

- Managing relations with auditors and consultants

Regulatory & Compliance :

- Assist in regulatory compliance to RBI with timely preparation and submission of reports

- Preparation of financial reports/notes for statutory audit

Management Reporting :

- Provide timely and relevant financial/business analysis to the management team

- Prepare presentations for management reviews/board meetings
