Assistant Vice President - Franchise - Education (18-25 yrs)
Job Purpose:
To manage channel partners across India and support them in terms of setting up the centers, training the team and driving business from these centers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive the franchisee business by playing a key role in creating and implementing the business plan.
- Manage relationship with existing franchisees across the country.
- Manage the legal framework and draft documentation like Franchise Agreement and Operating Principles.
- Identify and research potential markets and advise management of new opportunities.
- Responsible for central communication and assets to franchise partners to ensure all center layouts, recruitment/training of team members and the overall brand proposition meet the brand standards.
- Responsible for all new renewals and license enforcement.
- Establish strategic objectives and achieving desired sales, service and profit targets.
- Ensure protection of the brand through compliance with the legal agreement and Trading.
Billing & Accounting :
- Supporting the franchise business by coordinating with the internal department as & when required.
Qualification & Skill Requirements:
- 18-25 years of work experience in Franchisee management.
- Post-graduation Degree in Business Management preferred.
- Good people management skills, interpersonal & leadership skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to plan strategies and execute them independently.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Leadership skills, problem-solving skills, relationship building, planning skills.
