Revenue and Financial resource management

Role Description:

The role involves providing Revenue and Financial resource management related MIS and advanced analytics of CIB businesses, partner with onshore analytics and business managers. Position entails decision support, management reporting, planning & forecasting for businesses within CIB. Working on financial resource management related analytics, deep dives and support for the CIB central management on day to day basis.

Job Responsibilities

Support revenues and financial resource analytics for CIB CFO includes but not limited to :

- Extensive support on revenues analysis periodic and adhoc

- Presentations for senior management on revenue performance for decision making

- Assisting with financial resources limit tracking and monitoring

- Support analytics for senior management forums like FROG/ALCO/Exco

- Support CIB forecast process - support overall monthly forecast process for revenues and financial resources

- Extensive analytical support during the strategic planning process and other CIB Management deliverables in an annual planning exercise

- Responsibilities will also encompass other recurring as well as ad-hoc project related analysis work

- Work in close coordination with treasury and businesses across CIB

Key Requirements:

- Strong financial analysis and management reporting experience. Experience in revenues/financial resource management preferable

- Very strong analytical skill and ability to think laterally

- Proactive, diligent and able to partner with other teams to resolve issues where necessary

- Be able to work with multiple data sources and having confidence in figures and presentation

- Strong interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Attention to detail and strong project management skills

- Highly motivated individual who is able to work to tight deadlines and without supervisions

- Good exposure on Financial planning AND Balance Sheet

- Strong computer skills. Advanced exposure to Excel and Powerpoint is preferable.
