- Reporting monthly and yearly Financial Statements/ MIS and presenting financial performance to the Board of Directors
- Analyzing on financial ratios, product pricing, variances from budget and taking note for reason of variances
- Coordinating with statutory audit teams, preparation of financial statements as per IND AS, reviewing key business processes & internal controls and analysis of data to gain comfort on various assertions
- Convergence of Indian GAAP into IFRS/ IND AS and impact analysis by applying new reporting standards
- Consolidation of Financial Statements of all group companies including Foreign Subsidiaries
- Coordinating with banks for arrangement of loans, Cash credit facility and credit rating agencies
- Facilitating Funds Management including monitoring of investments and utilization of loan facilities in best possible way; coordinating with the banks and preparing CMA data
- Reviewing:
- Complying with GST law, E-Way Bills and ensuring smooth functioning of GST in company's operations
- Preparing budgets and formulating over the period by applying various logics and assumptions
- Engaging in Income Tax assessments & GST/VAT assessments
