Assistant Vice President - Finance - NBFC - CA

Working closely with the Financial Controller, the incumbent would be responsible for:

- Managing taxation, audit, balance sheet substantiation, financial consolidation, MIS, regulatory aspects etc along with visualizing and laying down the financial accounting controls in the organization

- Responding to the needs of a fast growing business with a complex balance sheet consisting of vanilla and structured finance instruments and managing a high-pressure work environment

- Overseeing all aspects of finance and regulatory compliances related to accounts and finance

- Managing the transition of the organization from IGAAP to IndAs & managing financial systems (Oracle, SAP etc)

- Communicating effectively and unambiguously with all internal and external stakeholders

The Ideal Candidate should:

- Be a CA with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience with a Big 4 Audit Firm or with the Finance Team of a Bank / NBFC / Financial Services firm

- Preferably CA 2010 to CA 2015 batches

- Be strong on Oracle financial systems

- Have experience in handling internal & external audits
