Job Description:

The position would report to Head, Finance & be responsible for:

- Managing the end to end finance, accounts & controls for the family office

- Preparation & overview of financial statements and related schedules, budget and financial forecasts for the Family office & their investments

- Involvement & advisory in investments including real estate, equity, mutual funds, bonds, VC & the family office business investments

- Ensuring adherence to regulatory compliances & interaction with the regulator if need be

- Coordinating statutory as well as internal/external audits for FY end including liaising with the auditors

- Working capital management with reference to cash flow and debt

- Entire direct taxation accounting, return filing and litigation

- Mentor & manage a team of direct reportees in their respective functions

The Successful Candidate would:

- Be a qualified CA with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience in financial controls, with experience in team management

- Have experience of working as a Financial Controller in BFSI or Statutory Auditor for FS companies with the Big 4

- Possess thorough understanding of accounting, financial reporting & controllership

- Have the ability to deliver insightful analysis in stringent timelines for multiple investment categories

- Have the ability to provide detailed analysis and information on complex queries/problems and communicate to stakeholders on proposed solutions and recommendations
