This role is with NBFC based out of Jaipur Business Unit - NBFC- Commercial Vehicles Funding &amp; SME Funding - Overall responsibility in terms of management &amp; supervision of Internal &amp; External Audit, RBI Audit, Budgeting Control &amp; Annual Accounts Closure: - Finalization of Annual Internal &amp; External audit scope and assisting the external team for completing the Audit within defined timelines. - Managing Risk &amp; compliance parameters of RBI &amp; account department. - Annualized financial budgeting, forecasting &amp; Annual Accounts Closure and set up systems to track and analyze variance. - Compliance &amp; Risk monitoring and highlighting alleged violations of applicable Rule &amp; Regulations and recommend the procedure for corrective actions - Prepare &amp; maintain compliance calendar (regulatory as well as internal ) Additional Exposure: IT Audit Control would be added advantage. Qualification: Charted Accountant (Mandatory) Relevant Experience: Minimum of 10 years Industry: NBFC /Bank / Big Four Audit firms / Domestic Audit firms
