Key Role Responsibilities:
Task Undertaken: Handling Direct and Indirect taxation of Group Companies
TDS, Service tax/GST
- Periodic payments
- Preparation and filing of returns & Reconciliation
- Understanding and familiarity with the latest provisions of the act
- Well versed with the input tax credit provisions
- Various reconciliations
- Effective follow up for discrepancies
- Maintenance of statutory records
- Handling of Service tax/GST assessments including compilation of various details required for assessments
- Independently handling auditors migration, registration and other formalities under GST laws
- Accounting knowledge/experience will be added advantage
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and Power point.
- Ability to manage timelines
- Excellent analytical skills
- Effective communication-Oral as well as written
