Job Description :

Mission:

Position Headline: The Equity Investment Professional's role is to lead the origination, analysis, structuring, negotiations and execution of equity investments in energy and infrastructure projects, funds and platforms

Areas of Responsibility : The Equity Investment Professional :

- Manages deal teams across internal functions and orchestrate internal processes

- Evaluates viability of investment targets

- Manages investment due diligence process and liaise with relevant project parties

- Ensures internal data repository for specific project.

- Dimension of Function/Volume: Varies from deal to deal but can go from EUR 10' to EUR 100'

Contacts (internal/external):

Internal : Country CEO and CFO, OC and SC's CEO and CFO, SFS top management

External : Partners top management, banks, local sponsors"

- Function & Methods Specific investment experience in energy and/or infrastructure projects and/or investment funds and platforms

- Technology & Market ability to quickly understand new markets in foreign jurisdictions

- Interpersonal & Personal Ability to align specific investment objectives with, at times, competing corporate strategic requirements

- Function & Methods Demonstrated capability to quickly evaluate complex financial information and identify opportunities and risks

- Interpersonal & Personal Effectively and diplomatically manage expectations and alignment of key internal and external project stakeholders in an inter-cultural environment

- Interpersonal & Personal Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential
