This position is responsible to develop and take a lead role in delivering an employee engagement and retention strategy including communication, employee voice, reward management and career development, ensuring KPIs for employee retention are met
Key Responsibilities -
Functional Responsibilities
- Develop long-term strategies and key initiatives to promote and achieve a culture of excellence and employee engagement
- Develops employee recognition strategies, including reviewing, evaluating, and making recommendations for departmental recognition programs
- Provide approachable and professional support to employees by phone, email and in person on all employment matters or personal issues that may be impacting at work
- Send out annual Employee engagement Surveys to all employees and to collate responses and develop an action plan for improvement
- Participates in ongoing analysis of key engagement trends and develop, evaluate & implement new processes to continually enhance our culture
- Collects timely data to support initiatives through focus groups, surveys, town halls, one-on-one interviews, and other methodology
- Design and cultivate positive experiences at every step of the employee journey, building thoughtful practices that engage and retain incredible employees
- Lead rewards and recognition strategy and outcomes including reviewing, evaluating and making recommendations for departmental recognition programs
- Reinforce organizational culture through the development and implementation of programs and strategies
Post Graduate / MBA
- 12+ years of experience in Human Resources preferably from banking / NBFC
- Ability to motivate, influence and persuade at all levels of the organization
- Ability to develop strong, respectful relationships, to inspire confidence and to build trust
- Able to network effectively and build constructive working relationships across the company
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good people management skills
