AVP Digital Product Manager

Objective of the role :

The B2C Product Manager will be responsible for driving various Digital Lending product initiatives of FICCL.

Skills :

- 5+ years' experience in managing B2C Digital Lending products.

- Proficient with the latest methods of product discovery and development.

- Develop digital lending products across salaried and self-employed customer segments.

- Ability to understand and develop multiple levers across customer lifecycle for Lifecycle management.

- Build Business models.

- Ability to understand client requirements and convert it into a proper product concept and integrate into product roadmap.

- Demonstrated ability to use data to drive critical results.

- Ability to design simple and intuitive user journey and user interface across Digital Lending platforms

- Drive technical teams to deliver desired elements to support business

- Appreciation of UI/UX design principles will be an advantage

- Business rationale for enhancement and expansion of different product features and functionalities

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Create product constructs as per competitive analysis for each market.

- Responsible for creating customer lifecycles, customer flows & customer communications.

- Work closely with stakeholders for understanding the system's functional and non-functional requirements in defining product vision.

- Co-ordination with cross-functional (Operations, Process, Risk, Compliance, IT, and Vendors) teams to execute projects Project costing with Vendors (External Stakeholders).

- Arranging regular training to educate the front-end sales team regarding product Enhancement.

- Ensuring proper implementation of all the regulatory guidelines.

- Lead Product launches for digital lending.

- Handle continuous product enhancements.

- Track performance of Portals/Products/Customer experience.
