Job Description - AVP - Networks (Digital)

Salary Range : up to 16 Lacs

Experience : 6-8 yrs.

Location : Andheri, Mumbai

- It is an office based role, NO WFH.

- Office hours 9:30 am - 6:30 pm, flexible hours

- Working days: 5 days a week with any 2 Saturdays working

Job Description :

- Develop web and digital strategies to engage a diverse set of Partners in order to help achieve the short and long-term goals of the organization.

- Responsible for the design and UX of all digital properties, including, but not limited to partner portals, online payment portal and provider search tool.

- Work with Inhouse Tech Team to build high quality Integrated system for Partners

- Responsible for driving Partner engagement and conversion.

- Be the voice of the Partner and identify current gaps in the system.

- Collaborate with partner teams, business teams and other cross-functional orgs effectively in driving the projects and be the point of contact on the team

Desired Skills & Experience :

- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends.

- Strong technical abilities with experience working on data sciences

- Thrives in a cross-functional and fast paced environment

- Strong communication skills

- Ready to roll up sleeves to spend time designing UI, analyzing data, setting up quality processes and guardrails, jumping into business analysis as required

- Experience of 1 year with E-Commerce player is desirable
