Assistant Vice President - Digital Marketing - Insurance/Banking (8-12 yrs)

1. Define and execute the company's digital strategy in conjunction with the overall marketing objectives for the organization

2. Lead the digital brand marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, digital film production & promotion, social advertising & online reputational management

3. Design and Implement 360 degree integrated digital brand marketing communication for traffic & lead generation

4. Identify and facilitate opportunities to leverage online activity & digital brand visibility

5. Drive digital media spends for, to meet digital and brand objectives of the marketing campaigns

6. Development innovative website functionality as per industry standards and benchmarks

7. Develop and provide comprehensive understanding of the digital marketing space and educate the team on the latest in technology and regulatory development that may impact or benefit our digital programs

8. Provide leadership, direction, and technical expertise to design, develop, and support digital properties

9. Implement the online community strategy, coordinating with stakeholders across the company to ensure its effectiveness and providing superior quality of customer engagement and support company's social community with the help of various communication tools

10. Determine key messaging and develop creative briefs for tactical campaign executions

11. Develop and foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient, effective delivery of campaigns in a timely and brand-consistent manner

Desired Candidate Profile :

1. Deep understanding of digital marketing initiatives.

2. Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns

3. Proven experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, micro sites, and social media applications

4. Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing

5. Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data

6. Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business

7. Experience in social listening & response management (including tools used) and online reputation management

8. Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills

9. Experience delivering digital campaigns for mainstream products and services

10. Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Framemaker, DreamWeaver, HTML, HTML 5, CSS

11. Should be extremely tech-savvy to be able to contribute ideas for leveraging technology to enhance customer experience

12. Have strong risk orientation and ability to deal with ambiguity; ability to think through and act on different options with limited available information

13. Be hard-working and diligent, discipline to convert strategy into action

14. Be a strong leader ability to hire and develop a very capable, strong team

15. Demonstrate cultural fit towards being hands-on, humility and drive a learning environment

16. Have impeccable ethics and integrity
