1. Design and drive company's digital strategy in conjunction with the overall marketing objectives for the organization

2. Own business targets from online channel and accordingly draft strategies, execution plans, interlock with product manager, run lead nurturing initiatives, engage with various marketing agencies and other marketing properties, monitor performance and own google analytics, monitor conversions on real time basis on various cohorts and work very closely with call centre to meet new business targets, drive content marketing and SEO, own and manage digital assets for the company.

3. Lead the digital brand marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, digital film production & promotion, social advertising, ideation of creatives for various marketing initiatives, website and microsite management & relevant web initiatives

4. Design and Implement 360 degree integrated digital brand marketing communication for traffic & lead generation

a. Create promotional & seasonal campaigns to achieve business objectives

b. Managing the annual digital marketing budget

c. Overlook and meticulously manage project deliverables as per schedule, approved budget and objective

d. Plan & develop strategies for digital brand visibility, online sales channels, social media & performance campaigns

e. Develop, implement, and optimize online marketing campaigns for corporate brand initiatives

f. Track performance relative to targets and refine to optimize results

g. Recommend and manage full year media campaign calendar and appropriate marketing tactics

h. Must be able to think out of the box, willingness to learn & must be detail oriented

i. Undertake market and competitor research and analysis

j. Keep up-to-date with search engine technology, methods, tools and relevant industry innovations

k. Prepare search engine ranking and traffic reports to assess areas of potential improvement.

l. Monitor, track, and report, websites traffic including trend analysis using site analytics solutions such as Google etc.

5. Drive digital media spends for, to meet digital and brand objectives of the marketing campaigns

6. Development innovative website functionality as per industry standards and benchmarks

7. Provide direction to third party agencies to design, develop, and support digital & web properties

8. Determine key messaging and develop creative briefs for tactical campaign executions

9. Develop and foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient, effective delivery of campaigns in a timely and brand-consistent manner.

10. The key challenge in this job is to bring about a more customer-centric approach across the organization so that the digital marketing initiatives are based on relevant customer needs and customer understanding. This also requires to be completely updated with industry & technology progress, adaptability on these innovations changes and ensuring quick time-to-market.

11. Extracting maximum business value from marketing spends.

12. The jobholder needs to work closely with the business heads, online sales tea, and hence needs to have high influencing skills, should possess good business abilities and should be an exponent of collective management.

13. Lead the creative management for highest quality and visibility (appeal) for consumers.

14. The jobholder has the freedom to act within his/her own area of responsibility but must ensure that his/her actions/decisions taken are within the parameters agreed in the organization. He or she will be responsible for working closely with the digital & social media agencies, advertising and creative partners, Digitization service providers, research agencies and will drive value from this relationship and the agency teams. The jobholder needs to work closely with the business heads and will be the voice of the customer within the organization.

15. Maintain and observe internal control standards, implement and observe Compliance Policy, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators. Foster a compliance culture and implement Group Compliance Policy by managing compliance risk in liaison with the Head of Compliance, Compliance Officer, Area Compliance Officer or Local Compliance Officer, ensuring adequate compliance resources are in place and training is provided, and optimizing relations with regulators.
