Job Description:

- Create a long-term vision for the digital business of the organization

- Hunt and manage partnerships in the digital landscape (traditional and non-traditional)

- Responsible for creating the onboarding ecosystem for these partners - i.e. product, processes, commercials, business model etc.

- Consumer Insights for the digital business, studying consumer behavior across digital platforms

- Use these insights to improve the performance of organic and inorganic campaigns

- Process design and execution for all the online campaigns and digital partnerships

- Align the partner's ecosystem with the company's back end processes

- Identify and evaluate online business opportunity with the group companies

- Create a strong digital ecosystem for the online business

- Ensure personal and team growth in both knowledge and skills

- Evangelize a digital way of thinking inside and outside the organization.

Candidate Profile:

Qualification: Masters from a tier I/II college

Experience: 10-12 years of experience
