- Proven ability to support complex analytical projects for Large customer base

- Exhibit high standards of ownership & accountability for all projects / initiatives from the site

- Be able to quickly translate business problems to an analytical solution based framework

- Be able to seamlessly shift between a long term strategic projects to more prescriptive adhoc requests & also build on KPIs as required by Regional Digital, Product Team and Marketing Team

- Provide thought partnership in customer web/mobile engagement & journey, lifecycle activities and website optimization

- Develop hypotheses and profitable growth scenarios and apply the right mix of qualitative and quantitative research techniques to identify causes and solutions

- Develop analytical models to assess the impact of changes to pricing, promotions, programs and products on marketing programs and on business profitability

- Develop program initiatives utilizing segmentation strategies based on customer behaviours, business drivers and economics, competitive environment and past program results

- Benchmark, communicate and track program results against plan

- Write concise reports with marketing insights supported by solid analytics and logical thinking.
